The District Court has preliminarily approved the Settlement, the terms of which are set forth in the Stipulation, which is available on the Important Documents page and has preliminarily certified the Settlement Class for purposes of Settlement only. If the Settlement is finally approved by the District Court, the Settlement will be binding upon you, unless you exclude yourself, even if you do not submit a Claim Form to obtain money from the Net Settlement Fund and even if you object to the Settlement.
